No - one overly impressed. Full of wankers really. We had a great laugh and spent a fair bit of time getting used to our surroundings and doing the touristy thing. Was great though, met people in the first hour and discovered that most people were travelling on their own. Rather than doing what I should have been to relieve the jet lag (ie. sleep) ended up going out quite a bit! On that first week managed to jammily land a ticket to see Franz Ferdinand at a really small gig in Newtown, Sydney. There were only about three hundred people there and we managed to blag our way to the front.
