During that first week I mostly spent time with two really sound Dutch girls called Josette and Louise. We had a great laugh and spent a fair bit of time getting used to our surroundings and doing the touristy thing. Sydney really a beautiful city, especially the botanical gardens, opera house and harbour bridge.
